Si.mobil opened a new island in virtual world Second Life and as a year before with their first one, the opening took place at a charity event »Žur z razlogom« on 30th of August in Tivoli park in Ljubljana.
For this occasion we organized a virtual version of that same party, that took place in reality. The virtual »Žur z razlogom« party was advertised on website Ortoego.com, we sent out notecards to OrtoSmart community group in Second Life, while we also advertised it on jumbo advertising system all around the virtual world.
The visitors that came to the party in Second Life were able to listen to six hours of music of DJ Umek while they were also able to send charity SMS messages and by doing that donating 1 EUR to help the victims of criminal offences (association »Beli obroč«).
