Between the two islands Slovenia (Si.mobil) and Slovenia Welcome in virtual world second Life we built an African house with photograph exhibition that was created as a part of Slovenian humanitarian UNICEF delegation within witch Si.mobil's CEO, Dejan Turk, visited Ruanda, Africa.
In the middle of exhibition we put a Christmas tree and urged Second Life residents to touch it with their avatar and by doing that participate in charity donation – »Help children of the world!« Christmas tree was for that reason armed with a numerator. When 100 different avatars touched the tree, Si.mobil in their name donated 1.000 EUR to children in Ruanda.
For a real festive atmosphere we also put snow on the two hills on Si.mobil island, created a snowing effect, set few extra trees covered in snow and the biggest one of them also decorated in bright yellow lights.
