In collaboration with Si.mobil - Vodafone, FM Virtual developed a system for sending free SMS messages from the virtual to the real world. This is a completely new development not only in Slovenia but also globally. Virtual people (avatars) can send up to 24 free text messages to the real world with the help of specially designed kiosks that are placed around the Si.mobil - Vodafone island.
The users need to register only once as every following usage only demands the activation code, which is given to every avatar during their first registration.
A revolutionary way of communication between the virtual world and the real one! Soon there will be no more barriers at all, as we are currently developing a system that will allow proper interactive communication, from virtual to real world as well as the other way around, from real world, back to Second Life!
