The primary goal of SMS campaigns is to build databases about the customers of the company – to build an SMS community or club.

This, of course, demands certain technical capacities that were incorporated in the Megamama application.

Possible ways of building databases:

  • SMS campaigns with a prize
  • voting and polls
  • SMS information on request
  • SMS informing
  • prize vouchers
  • “competition” campaign
  • WAP push
  • voice stations


Each user can unsubscribe from the SMS service by sending an SMS message with the keyword STOP on the number 6996 or 3939.

If the user does not know which SMS club they belong to, they can simply send a message on the number 6996 or 3939 with the keyword INFO. In the reply message they will receive the information about SMS clubs they belong to.

Users can always send the word POMOC (HELP) on the numbers 6996 or 3939.
